As part of the Summit, there will also be a Kick-Off Happy Hour at the Crowne Plaza, Portland on Oct. 10th from 6 - 8 pm and a Networking Reception from 5 - 7 pm right after the event on Oct. 11th at Ex Novo Brewing. All registrants are invited to join us for these exciting events!

This summit is a joint initiative created through a partnership with SEIA's Women's Empowerment Committee and OSEIA. The event aims to facilitate education, connections, and provide thought leadership in the solar industry. Hear from key industry leaders as we cover topics related to leadership, diversity and policy. Come network with leaders in the industry as the summit will include plenty of networking opportunities and an evening reception!

This summit’s theme is Encouraging Diversity at our Organizations. The event is designed to engage participants through interactive group exercises and discussions. At the end of the event, you will have an action plan and ideas to take back with you to start implementing positive changes at your organization.
