Registration information for the Solar Summit

Friday, October 13, 2017. Meydenbauer Center, Bellevue, WA.
Doors open at 8 am. Conference from 9am-5pm. Late afternoon/early evening reception to follow. 
*Regular admission includes breakfast, lunch and refreshments during the evening reception.  (*See UPDATE 10/10/2017 below) 

WA-Solar-Summit-Transparent-Bkgnd.pngJoin manufacturers, installers, utilities, municipalities, legislators, educators, students, advocacy organizations/nonprofits, distributors, consultants, solar and renewable energy supporters and others for an important discussion about the future of the Washington solar industry and the marketplace. Visit with solar industry vendors displaying their products and services. By attending the Solar Summit you will have the opportunity learn about current trends and topics in the Washington solar industry as well as network with other colleagues in the field. All speakers, panelists and conference topics as well as order of events subject to change at any time. Attendees must pay for their own parking. At the Meydenbauer Center: $16 for 8-10 hours; $18 for 10-14 hours; $20 for 14-24 hours.

Note: Complimentary WIFI will not be available. You may purchase your own wireless connection on site via the Medyenbauer Center’s”MC Get Wi-Fi” service.

-REGULAR ADMISSION: $175

      • Regular admission includes all day conference and evening reception.

-REGULAR STUDENT ADMISSION: $75

      • Students must email your current student ID to info@solarwa.org upon registration to confirm your student discount. SW will verify your student status with the institution. If you already work in the industry and go to school, the student discount will not apply.

-FRIDAY EVENING RECEPTION ONLY (INCLUDES ADMISSION TO AFTERNOON NABCEP TRAINING SESSION): $35

      • Includes refreshments and snacks. If you can't make it to the daytime conference, the Friday evening reception offers a great opportunity to network with fellow industry professionals and other solar supporters. No discounts apply. 
      • You can also have access to a NABCEP training session to occur from 3-4:30pm. The session will provide a high-level overview of design/install/sales. Presented by SolarEdge. Learn how SolarEdge’s optimized inverter solution is designed to achieve more energy, increase design flexibility, provide module-level production data and create a safer more reliable PV system. NABCEP credits 1.5 hours will be offered to NABCEP training attendees. 3:00-4:30pm.
