Solar Washington’s annual Solar Summit is a must attend conference for anyone engaged in solar in Washington state. This year, the summit will be held October 24, 2025 in Seattle and will explore where solar goes from here: what policies, innovations, funding, and/or research will support further growth of residential and commercial solar and other related clean energy technologies.
You are invited to submit topics that can help catalyze solar energy solutions in Washington State and beyond. We welcome suggestions for topics, individual speakers, and panels. Past sessions have addressed such different topics such as equity, decarbonization, battery storage, consumer protections, and microgrids. You are invited to building upon past topics or proposing a brand-new idea.
Do you have a topic or speaker(s) that can inspire the region to collaborate and innovate on clean energy technologies or practices?

1. How much PSE is benefiting from my adding energy back into the grid (homeowner). I generate much more than I actually use.
2. How can we reinstate legislation that compen$ated us for net energy generated (2016 to 2020?) I feel like I’m subsidizing PSE without any direct benefit.
