Thanks to the efforts of many of you, this year's legislative session resulted in great steps forward for equity and the environment in WA State including 100% Clean Electricity, Electric Vehicles, Affirmative Action, Hazardous Substances Act, Financial Aid for Low Income Students, Appliance Standards, Solar Net Metering, Ultra-High Energy Efficient Affordable Housing, and more. As an organization that works at this intersection, Emerald Cities is thrilled with the progress, knows that we have much to learn about the details of the legislation.
