She graduated from Moscow Institute of Science in Technology and is also a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington. Throughout her career in banking, Katerina worked with small business owners to help them with financing tools that can support their growth, including various government guaranteed programs. Most recently she has been working on creative solar energy and energy efficiency solutions for the businesses within the Kitsap/Heritage Bank Specialty Banking team.

Ravi Mikkelsen has been in the clean energy sector for over two decades. Starting in materials science and engineering at the University of Washington, he transitioned to deploying clean energy assets, and spent the first decade in the clean energy community of Seattle. Ultimately, moving into financing — a sector he describes as “the Archimedes Lever” needed to move the world to an advanced energy economy. In 2020, Mikkelsen cofounded Atmos Financial to unlock credit union & bank loans for residential and small commercial solar and electrification, and he currently serves as CEO.
