Speakers scheduled to present:

Lauren McCloy, Senior Policy Advisor for Energy to Governor Jay Inslee, on Governor Inslee's Clean Energy policy proposal for 2019. (Lauren will present via Skype)

Scheduled to speak is Kelly Magalsky, Sr Manager of Products and Services from Avista, who will speak about their recently completed commercial Solar Select^TMprogram.  This is the first utility scale solar development in Washington (28 MW DC) and the first program to qualify for the Washington incentive for the shared commercial solar category.  He will cover the development of the program from both the customer program and construction perspectives and will share learnings that can hopefully be applied by others across the state.
